I thought as it was a Groupon purchase that I would get a mediocre service and result but Alexis took her time with me , took time to explain the process in detail , had the insurance paperwork ready, and took note of the shape & colour I wanted ..
The treatment room was clean & tidy and I was offered tea or coffee in a delicate china cup – all adding to the experience and that added customer personal touch.
Alexis was professional and friendly throughout and put me at my ease immediately .. She holds many qualifications in her field and has years of experience which was evident from the precise way she measured and drew the eyebrow shape to the microblading treatment itself ..
